Terms of membership

1. Who we are
Cheap Weekend Flights (cheapweekendflights.co.uk) is a trading name of UDG Development Ltd (company no. 16919814), a company registered in England and Wales, whose registered office is at 12 Old Bond Street, Mayfair, London W1S 4PW. ICO registration number: ZC209219. Email: [email protected].
2. What you're paying for
Membership gives you email alerts about cheap weekend return flights from the UK airports you choose, and a weekly digest. We're an information service. We don't sell flights, we're not a travel agent, and we're not part of any booking you make. Your booking is a contract between you and the airline or booking site, on their terms.
Prices in our emails are per person, return, with a small bag only, and were correct when we checked them. Fares change quickly and can sell out, so we can't promise a price will still be available when you look. Some airports have fewer deals than others; we'll give you a heads-up when you sign up.
When we say "Other weekends on this route", we mean what that route has cost on other weekends we've searched. It isn't a promise of savings.
3. Price, billing and renewal
- Monthly: £3 a month. Yearly: £29 a year. Prices include any VAT that applies.
- You pay the first period when you join. Your membership then renews automatically at the end of each period, and we take the same payment from the same card, until you cancel.
- For yearly memberships we'll email you a reminder before each renewal, saying when it renews and how much it costs, with a link to cancel.
- If we ever change the price, we'll tell you by email at least 30 days before it applies to you, and you can cancel before then.
- Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
4. Cancelling
You can cancel any time online, using the "Manage or cancel" link in any of our emails or at cheapweekendflights.co.uk/manage. You don't need to contact us. After you cancel, you keep your alerts until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.
5. 14-day money-back guarantee (first payment only)
If you're not happy, email [email protected] within 14 days of your first membership payment and we'll refund that payment in full to the card you paid with, normally within 5 working days. You don't have to give a reason.
The guarantee applies once per member, to the first payment only. It doesn't apply to renewal payments (monthly or yearly). You can cancel at any time before a renewal so you aren't charged again. This guarantee is on top of your legal rights.
Under UK consumer law you have a 14-day right to cancel a service contract from when you join. By joining, you ask us to start sending alerts straight away. Our money-back guarantee means you'll get a full refund within those 14 days anyway.
6. Using the service
Membership is for your personal use. Please don't forward or republish our alerts in bulk or resell them. We may suspend accounts that do, and refund any unused part of the period.
7. Our responsibility to you
We'll provide the service with reasonable care and skill. We aren't responsible for airline schedules, cancellations, prices or anything about a booking you make with someone else. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, including your statutory rights.
8. Changes and ending the service
We may update these terms and will email you about any important changes. If we close the service, we'll refund the unused part of any yearly membership.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring claims in your local courts.
