Who's responsible for your data

UDG Development Ltd (company no. 16919814), trading as Cheap Weekend Flights, registered office 12 Old Bond Street, Mayfair, London W1S 4PW, is the data controller for your personal data. We're registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) under registration number ZC209219. Contact: [email protected].

What we collect and why

Your email address and alert choices (airports, countries, budget, plan): to send the alerts and digest you've paid for. Legal basis: performing our contract with you.
Payment and billing records, which Stripe processes for us: to take payment, send receipts and renewal reminders, and give refunds. Legal basis: contract and legal obligation (tax records).
Basic email delivery data (whether an email was delivered or bounced): to keep alerts working. Legal basis: legitimate interests.

We don't sell your data, we don't use advertising trackers on this site, and we only email you about your membership. We don't send marketing for other companies.

Who we share it with

We share data only with the services we use to run the membership: Stripe (payments), Resend (sending emails), and Cloudflare (website and member database). Some of these may process data outside the UK under approved safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.

How long we keep it

We keep your alert choices while you're a member and delete them within 90 days of your membership ending. We keep billing records for 6 years, because UK tax law requires it.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing [email protected]. You can change your choices at any time from the link in any email. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Cookies

This site doesn't use tracking or advertising cookies. Stripe sets the cookies it needs to process payments securely on its own checkout page.
