Weekly "Win a free year" giveaway: terms

Last updated: 13 October 2026

Promoter. UDG Development Ltd (company no. 16919814), trading as Cheap Weekend Flights, 12 Old Bond Street, Mayfair, London W1S 4PW. Contact: [email protected].
Who can enter. UK residents aged 18 or over. Not open to employees of the promoter or their families, or anyone involved in running the giveaway. We may ask winners for proof of age and UK address.
No purchase necessary. You can enter free by joining our free weekly roundup at cheapweekendflights.co.uk/giveaway and clicking the confirmation link we email you. Starting a free trial or being a paying member gives exactly the same entry; paying gives no advantage.
Draw periods. Each draw covers one week from 00:00 Monday to 23:59 Sunday, UK time. The first draw period starts on Monday 19 October 2026. Entries and referrals made before then count towards that first draw (19 to 25 October), drawn on Monday 26 October.
Entries. In each draw you get 1 entry if, at the end of that week, you're a confirmed roundup subscriber or a member (including free trial), and haven't unsubscribed or cancelled. You get 3 extra entries for each person who joins through your personal referral link during that week and confirms (by clicking the roundup confirmation link or starting a free trial with Stripe), up to 30 extra entries a week. One person can only have one base entry per draw, however many email addresses they use.
Referrals. Referring yourself, a second address of your own or someone who was already a member or subscriber doesn't count. Each person can only be referred once. We may disqualify entries we reasonably believe use fake, disposable or duplicate addresses, automated sign-ups or other abuse.
Prize. One winner per draw gets 12 months of Cheap Weekend Flights yearly membership (worth £29). If the winner is already a member, we add 12 months free to their membership or refund their next yearly payment. There's no cash alternative and the prize isn't transferable. Entries don't carry over between weeks. A person can win at most once in any 12 months.
Draw. The winner is picked at random by computer, weighted by number of entries, within 3 working days after the draw period closes. A record of each draw is kept.
Winner. We'll email the winner within 3 working days of the draw. They must reply within 14 days to claim, or we'll draw again. With the winner's permission, we'll publish their first name and the first letter of their surname on our social channels. The winner's first name, surname initial and county are available on request to [email protected] for 30 days after the draw.
Your data. We use your email and entry data to run the giveaway, as described in our Privacy notice. Roundup emails need your consent and you can unsubscribe any time. Unsubscribing removes you from future draws.
General. We may change, suspend or end the giveaway if something outside our reasonable control affects it, without affecting entries already made. This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed or run by Meta, Threads, Bluesky, Substack or any other platform. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
